| Latin Gold Cigar Company Web site Latin Gold began work with esd & associates in the late 1990s to build a corporate image. As a small shop with a good concept, they needed to grow and become a diversified tobacco manufacturer. esd & associates built a corporate structure including logo, in-store signage, and general advertising. As their clientele grew, so did their need for customer communications. After developing a successful direct mail campaign focused on building relations we created a custom database from their in-store client base. esd & associates develped a customer incentive program called “The Gold Club” to promote customer loyalty. This incentive program rewarded customers with free products, and Latin Gold with a large mailing list and client database.
