A dedicated member of the San Antonio community, Erik works with a number of nonprofit organizations, including San Antonio Sports, University Health Foundation, and YMCA.

Over the last 10 years under Erik’s leadership, the firm has developed marketing strategies and campaigns that have returned over $216 million in market share growth for clients.

Christine Kleha

Christine led esd to accolades on the list of the top 10 largest agencies in PR, tech and advertising since 2005.

While earning multiple regional distinctions for motivating teams to achieve results, Christine’s superior managerial skills regularly outstripped the assumed limitations of smaller budgets.

Christine has served on the PRSA and IABC Board of Directors and has previously held seats on the Judson Montessori committee, Enterprise Foundation Committee and Kinetic Kids Council.

During her tenure with the Texas State Child Protective Services Department, Christine developed grants and funding initiatives for nonprofit organizations.

Under Christine’s leadership, esd was honored by the San Antonio Business Journal as the largest recognized woman-owned business and has received the Healthy Work Place Recognition award every year since 2012.

Judy Tsai

Created innovative, scalable solutions, leading esd’s digital creative team to earn multiple ADDY and Marcom Awards.

Developed websites and results-driven solutions for B2B, government, healthcare and nonprofit organizations.

Served on The Nonprofit Council Tech Committee.

Supervised the 18-month development of thousands of computer-based training courses for U.S. Navy Pilots.

Managed the launch and promotion of the e-commerce program at National Chung Cheng University, and developed ERP systems for B2B companies.

Charlie Castleman

VP of Account Services

Charlie is a Google Partner and certified in Google AdWords as well as the G-Suite.

Data driven, Charlie ensures the campaigns are delivering conversions, adjusts content based on digital ad A/B testing, and targets a spend for enhanced results.

Charlie has lead our digital marketing team with great success for our SEM Clients. Including a viral campaign with Justin Timberlake that generated over a billion impressions.

For our clients he has led various video & commercial productions that have earned numerous nationally recognized awards such as The Telly’s, Addy’s & The Marcom Awards.

A dedicated member of the local video community, Charlie is a frequent guest speaker at San Antonio College and Texas A&M University – San Antonio.
