Methodist Healthcare System (MHS) wanted to raise local awareness about its Metropolitan Methodist Emergency Care Center at the Quarry. Residents living in the area were unaware of the emergency care services available in their neighborhood; instead, they would opt to go to an UrgentCare or private ER facilities, some of which were ill equipped to treat them. MHS wanted to make their presence in the area known to local residents.
esd created a full print and digital campaign to promote the services provided at the Quarry Emergency Care Center. Print advertising campaigns were run in local neighborhood publications, along with outdoor advertising placement. Various media purchases were completed, including ads running in movie theatres in the Quarry Shopping Center. Pay-per-click and paid social media advertising also promoted the facility as a neighborhood solution to emergency care in this area of San Antonio, generating 3,891 website clicks and over 174,000 ad impressions.
