Mayor’s Fitness Council kicked off its 10 year celebration this past Wednesday morning with the annual breakfast meeting. esd digital marketing has been honored to be part of the movement since 10 years ago. Under the leadership of former Mayor Julián Castro and current Mayor Ron Nirenberg, the MFC has brought our community together to build a healthier and more active San Antonio with initiatives like VegOut SA!; a program to encourage kids at Alamo Heights Junior School to ride their bike to school; and the Healthy Corner Story Initiative, which provides fresh produce to convenience stores in food deserts in San Antonio’s district 3.
